Anita Jean Anderson

Anita Jean (Greer) Anderson, 69 of Paragould died Friday at White County Advanced Care Hospital in Searcy, AR. Anita was a homemaker, ophthalmologist assistant and worked at Ely & Walker Shirt Factory in the 1960’s. She was of the Baptist belief. Anita was born August 20, 1942, in Paragould. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Anita was preceded in death by her father, Richard Greer. Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Gaylon Anderson of the home; son & daughter-in-law Brad and Sherri Anderson of Paragould; daughter Gaylene Anderson of Davison, MI; her mother, Frances Greer of Paragould; sister & brother-in-law Barbara and Jerry Davidson of Paragould; brothers & sisters-in-law Richard and Mary Greer of Sherwood, AR, Bill & Polly Greer of Sioux Falls, SD, Dale & Melissa Greer of Clermont, Florida, Tim & Leslie Greer of Houghton Lake, MI. Grandchildren, Melissa Anderson, Tyler Hays, Nathan Anderson and Morgan Doyle and several nieces & nephews. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Revs. Jason Noel and Marc Reeves officiating. Burial will follow in New Liberty Cemetery.
