Alden Ross Hicks

Alden Ross Hicks, 73 of Paragould, died Wednesday at St. Bernard's Medical Center. He was a retired Punch Press Operator at Emerson Electric. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Summers Hicks; sister, Joyce Key. Survivors include his wife, Jo Ellen Hicks of the home; son, Joseph Allen Hicks of North Little Rock; daughter: Stacy Rosalee Higgins; father and step-mother, Allen J. and Pauline Hicks of Silva, MO; brother, Dennis Goldsmith of Paragould; sisters,Lois Thompson of Paragould and Paula Gorecki of Silva, MO; grandchildren, Ashley Arnold, Andrew Adams, Whitney Hicks, Taylor Hicks, Tyler Briney, Kamren Hicks; great,grandchildren, Trevor and Nathan Arnold. Memorial services will be Monday at 10:00 A.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Royce Boling officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
