William Lawrence Mccarter

William Lawrence McCarter, 67, Paragould, died Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at his home. He was born November 26, 1942 in Memphis, TN. He retired from Emerson Electric in July, 2000 after 42 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Christine McCarter of Eads, TN. He is survived by his wife: Joan (Waters) McCarter, of the home; brother: John McCarter and his wife, Patricia; niece: Julie Green; nephew: Tanner, all of Eads, TN. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, at Heath Funeral Home. The celebration of his life will be at 1:30 PM, Saturday, at Heath Colonial Chapel with Conrad Mobley officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens.
