William Henry Lipper

William Henry Lipper, 90, of Paragould, died Thursday December 12, 2013. William was born to Sam and Allie (Smith) Lipper September 19, 1923. Mr. Lipper was a veteran of the United State Army and also served in WW II. William is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and four brothers. William is survived by his wife Linda Lipper of the home, daughter Calline Bucy of Orange Park, Florida, two step daughters Mary Jackson of Jonesboro, Karen Foster of Ash Flat, step son Robert Knowles of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, six grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, two nephews Bob Lipper of West Plains, Missouri, Mark Lipper of Paragould and one niece Shirley Bateman of Paragould.
