William "Billy" Lucas

William "Billy" Lucas, 70, of Paragould, passed from this life on Sunday, May 22, 2022. He was born on January 19, 1952, to the late John Lucas and Faye Gould Hancock. Billy served his country with honor and pride in the United States Army. He then worked for Carter-Cox Seed Company for many years. In addition to his parents, Bill was also preceded in death by his step-dad, Ross Hancock; five brothers; and two sisters.

Survivors include his fiance of eighteen years, Judy Rainwater; sons, William Roscoe Lucas, William Michael Lucas, and Aaron Michael Lucas; daughter, Veronica Kaye Lucas; six grandchildren; and step sister, Sharon Carlisle.

Under the direction of Heath Funeral Home, a graveside funeral will be Sunday, May 29, 2022, at 2 pm in Corning Cemetery.
