Wanda Faye Forkum

Wanda Faye Forkum, 73, of Paragould passed from this life on Friday, December 10, 2021 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro surrounded by her family. She was born on July 25, 1948 in Delaplaine, AR to the late Edward and Alfeda (Ramer) Harpole. In addition to Wanda’s favorite job as a Mom and Nana she also served as a Unit Secretary at AMMC for many years.

In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Forkum Sr.; daughter Tammy Michelle Forkum; and sister Dorothy Claxton.

Survivors include sons, Billy (Paulette) Forkum Jr. of Paragould and Robbie (Candalee) Forkum of Jonesboro; Brothers, Johnny (Betty) Harpole of Paragould and Eddie (Barbara) Harpole of Oak Grove Heights; Grandchildren, Tori Forkum, Jessica Forkum, Parker Wrenfrow, Wilson Wrenfrow, Jackson Bell, Jennifer Winfrey, Zach Rainwater, Makenzie Rapert; Great-grandchild, Lavender Winfrey.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 14th from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, December 15th at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Heath Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Old Bethel Cemetery.

Honoring Wanda as Pallbearers will be David Allen, Logan Allen, Lyndon Livengood, Parker Wrenfrow, Wilson Wrenfrow, and Jackson Bell.
