Verna Ward, 82, of Piggott died March 10, 2014. Mrs. Ward was born to James and Elziabeth Tucker June 6, 1931 in Paragould, Arkansas. Verna is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Treadway, two granchidren Brandie and Michael Gibbins, three great grandchildren, 4 nieces, 4 newphes. Mrs. Ward is preceded in death by her husbandJohn Ward, one daughter Angela Bassett Henson, three brothers, two sisters.
