Thomas Roosevelt Hazlewood

Thomas Roosevelt Hazlewood, 81, of Paragould, passed away at Belle Meade in Paragould. He loved fishing, gardening, wood working and fixing lawn mowers. He is preceded in death by his parents; Thomas Franklin Hazlewood and Rosie Davis Hazlewood; wife, Nancy Hazlewood; son, Terry Hazlewood; and one brother, Bobby Joe Hazlewood.

Survivors include two sons; Tom (Sherry) Hazlewood, and Gary (Patti) Hazlewood of Paragould;two daughters, Rose (Charles) Littrell of Forsythe, Missouri and Christy (Jeremy) Wortham of Paragould;one Daughter-n -law, Rosa Hazlewood; 16 grandchildren, 34 Great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren; one brother, Clarence Hazlewood; three sisters, Doris Faughn, Agnes Walker and Jane (Clifford) Price of Paragould; mother of children, Thelma Rogers.

Visitation will be Tuesday night at Heath Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 PM. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Church at Paragould with Rev. Chris Bass, Rev. Tom Hazlewood and Ken Roden officiating. Burial will be at Pine Log Cemetery.
