Tammy Michelle Forkum

Tammy Michelle Forkum, 44, passed away Saturday in Paragould at her residence. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed spending time with family, listening to music, reading magazines, painting her nails, and crafting. She was a beloved daughter, sister, and aunt. She is preceded in death by her father, Billy Joe Forkum, Sr.

Survivors include her mother, Wanda Faye Forkum, of the home; brothers, Billy Joe Forkum, Jr. (Sherry), of Paragould and Robbie James Forkum (Candalee), of Jonesboro; nieces, Tori Marie Forkum and Jessica Faye Forkum; nephews, Parker Wrenfrow, Wilson Wrenfrow, and Jackson Bell; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00-12:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Service will follow at noon with Rev. Mark Walker officiating. Burial will be at Old Bethel cemetery. Pallbearers are Robbie Forkum, Billy Forkum, David Allen, Logan Allen, Parker Wrenfrow, and Wilson Wrenfrow. Honorary pallbearers are Jackson Bell and Kevin Whitlow
