Nelson Cletus Carroll

Nelson Cletus Carroll, 69 of Lafe, passed away Tuesday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was born September 16, 1945. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cletus and Itha Carroll; brother, Galen Eugene Carroll and a nephew, Glenn Alan Gibson. Survivors include his wife, Ihrondia (Jean) Carroll of the home; daughters Pamela (Tony) Snyder of Dexter, MO and Karen (David) Hamilton of Lafe; son Eugene Carroll of the home; eight grandchildren, Justin, Craig, Shawn, Lauren, Morgan, Lindsay, Taylor and Dawson; three great-grandchildren, Addison, Natalie and Donald Ray; sisters, Vanatta (John) Bowery of Shadyside, OH, Carolyn (Bill) Gibson of Marmaduke and Marilyn Price of Lafe; brothers Tommy (Peggy) Carroll of Marmaduke and Malcom (Rheta) Carroll of Marmaduke; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00-8:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday at 10:00 A.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Kim Bridges officiating. Burial will follow in Hartsoe Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Justin, Craig and Shawn Snyder, Darrell and Russell Carroll, Timmy and Kenny Walker, David Hamilton.
