Mildred Lucille Edgar

Mildred Edgar, 88, of Paragould, died Wednesday at her residence. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecost faith. Mildred was the daughter of the late William and Eva Ocel Miller. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Edgar Sr., two brothers, and two sisters. Mildred is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Sharon Edgar, Kathy Bryant, and Debbie V. Leisure (Sam), all of Paragould; sons and daughter-in-law, Leonard Edgar, Jr. (Margaret) and Kenneth Edgar, both of Paragould; brother, Charles Miller, Jr., Cedar Rapids, IA; sister, Barbara Clepper, Paragould; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Saturday, January 3 at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 2PM Sunday January 4, 2015 at Heath Colonial Chapel with grandson, Sammy Leisure, Jr. and nephew, Kevin Edgar officiating. Interment will follow at Linwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Randy Hyde, Wade Loxton, Robby Bryant, Mike Bryant, Lenny Edgar III and Jesse Edgar. Honorary pallbearers will be Joseph Mothershed, Jordan Mothershed and James Williams. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
