Matthew Paul Risener

Matthew Paul Risener, 50, of Paragould, passed from this life April 23, 2014 in Paragould. He was born in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Joe and Helen Estes Risener. Matthew was retired from the United States Marine Corp, a veteran of the Gulf War. He was employed by the Central Dealerships in Jonesboro and was a member of the Church of Christ. Matthew was a gun enthusiast, enjoyed working with computers, and was a lifelong Republican and an Arkansas Razorback fan. He is survived by his beloved wife; Susan Risener; three step-sons: Bobby Jones of Lynn, Daniel (Amy) Cox, Derek (Mandy) Cox, all of Paragould; step- mother: Georgia Risener of Park Hills, Missouri; brother: Alan (Lynn) Risener of Greenville, SC; sister: Juli (Phillip) Morgan of Paragould and seven step grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Saturday, April 26, at Heath Funeral Home. Following the visitation, family and friends will meet for a graveside service at Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway, 1:30 PM, with Sean Gearson officiating.
