Mary Orlene Thorn

Mary West Thorn, 83, of Paragould passed away Sunday morning at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. Mrs. Thorn was born in Dover, TN to the late Irvin and Ardie Morgan Chadwick. She was a retired dietary cook assistant for AMMC and of the Pentecostal faith. Mrs. Thorn was preceded in death by her husband, Mark West and two brothers, Robert and Toy Chadwick.

Mrs. Thorn is survived by four sons, Gary (Sandra) West, Bill (Betty) West, Darrell (Marsha) West, all of Paragould, and David (Kathie) West of St. Robert, MO; ten grandchildren; and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 am at Heath Funeral Home with a graveside service following at 11:00 at Linwood Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Bradley officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the American Cancer Society.
