Mary Catherine Hyde

Mary Catherine Hyde, 84, of Paragould, died Monday, November 14, 2011, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. She was born July 7, 1927 in Craighead County the daughter of the late Clint and Erma Wilson Hooker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold Hyde, brothers, Mutt and D. L. Hooker and sister Opal Irwin. She retired from Emerson Electric Company and was a member of Walnut Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Brenda Gail and Ed Flinn, Belinda and Ken Winford,, all of Jonesboro; sister: Freda Yow of Paragould; grandchildren: Canaan Champion, Candice Seaborn, Lance Winford, and four great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 12:00PM to 1:30 PM Wednesday her service following at 1:30PM, both at Heath Colonial Chapel with Reverend Leon Harvey. Burial will be private.
