Marcie L. Gibson

Marcie L. Price-Gibson, 81, of Paragould, died Sunday, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. She was born March 21, 1929 in Greene County, Arkansas the daughter of the late Eli and Josie Henson Felty. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Cleo Price, daughter, Ruthann Bowen, sister, Grace Bennett and grandson, Dale Bowen. She was a volunteer for the Sr. Bees and made quilts for their fundraisers, she made lap quilts for the nursing homes and cancer caps for St. Jude's Children's Hospital and other cancer patients. She is survived by daughters and son-in-law: Shirley Meersseman of White Lake Township, MI, Shelby & Danny Martin of Paragould; sisters: Alma Mohr, of Jonesboro,Van Pierce, Ruth Tindall; brother: Buck Felty all of Paragould, four grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, at Heath Funeral Home. Her life will be celebrated at Heath Colonial Chapel, 2:00 PM, Wednesday.
