Loyce Marvell Strope

Loyce Marvell Strope, 83, of Paragould, died Saturday at her residence. Marvell was a retired custodian at Greene County Tech and had worked at Ely and Walker Shirt Factory for many years. She was a member of Finch Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Osmer and Hayde Bishop White; 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Survivors include her husband, Junior Strope of the home; son Dennis (Belinda) Strope of Paragould; daughter, Linda Songer of Paragould; brother, George White of Glasgow, KY; sister, Lizzie Howard of Paragould. 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00-8:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday at 10:30 A.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Revs. Dennis and Larry Strope officiating.
