Lindy Gene Gramling Lindy Gene Gramling, 78, died Wednesday March 12th, 2008 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould, Arkansas. He was born near Stanford on September 15th, 1929 to John B. and Myrtle (Mangrum) Gramling. He was a retired farmer and truck driver and of the Methodist faith. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Veraunda of the home and Steve (Amanda) Gramling of Paragould. Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; Regina (JB) Smith of Tulare, California, Josh (Sandi) Petty of Springfield, Missouri, Selena (Karl) Horton of Paragould, Sarah (Andy) Runyon of Cabot, Stephanie Gramling of Fayetteville and Alex Gramling of Paragould. Great Grandchildren are Alexis, Grace, Brandon and Samantha Smith; Garrett, Karabeth and Rebekka Horton; Madison and Mackenzi Petty and Ethan Gramling. He is also survived by his brother, Marion (Judy) Gramling of Paragould as well as several nieces and nephews. Mr. Gramling was preceded in death by his daughter, Rebecca Jill (Gramling) Wells; his parents John B. and Myrtle (Mangrum) Gramling, four brothers; George, Bob, Lewis and William Camp (Little Bill) Gramling, and four sisters; Johnnie Lou (Gramling) Norman, Lottie (Gramling) Hooten, Winnie (Gramling) Greenway and Margaret (Gramling) Tatum. Visitation will be at Heath Funeral Home Saturday from 10:00 until 11:30 am. The procession will leave for burial at Union Grove Cemetery at 11:30. Reverend Marion Gramling and his Grandson Nathan Gramling will preside over the graveside service. Pallbearers will be Joshua Petty, Alex Gramling, Andy Runyon, Terry Smith, Randy Lenderman and Karl Horton.
