Jimmy Wayne Bushong, Jr.

Jimmy Wayne Bushong, Jr., 53, of Paragould, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016. He was a counselor at Greene County Tech Middle School and a member of the First United Methodist Church. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and cooking. He was a percussionist who played in the Delta Symphony and the FUMC Praise Band. Jimmy was also the #1 fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was the son of the late Jimmy Wayne, Sr. and Margaret Ann Bushong.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Suzanne Bushong of the home; sons, Logan Bushong of Jonesboro and Jake Bushong of Hardy; sister, Angela (Brent) Smith of Jonesboro; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Wednesday evening, May 18, 2016 from 5-8 at First United Methodist Church in Paragould. The funeral is Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 2 PM at First United Methodist Church under the direction of Heath Funeral Home with Reverends John Fleming and Heath Williams officiating. Burial is in Cardwell Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brent Smith, Gary Blankenship, Casey Horner, Stan Phillips, Dale Schenk, Greg Garrison, Danny Davis, Brian Pearson, John Baldwin, and Mike Finch.
