Jimmie Randall Bailey

Jimmie Randall Bailey, 82, went to be with his Lord on February 22, 2022. He was born August 26, 1939, in Paragould to the late James and Dollie Bailey. Jimmie served in the U.S. Navy as a shipfitter. He then went to work at the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers until he retired in 1996. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He also loved being outdoors and hunting. He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Bryce Bailey; his two sisters, Maxine Bailey and Freda Rogers; and his fiance, Shirley Ramsey.

Jimmie is survived by his daughter, Cathy Blocker; his granddaughter, Ashley Naylor (Chris); his grandson, Allan Blocker; his two great grandsons, Logan and Coby Naylor; and his former wife, Mieko Hamman.

At his request, there will be no services. Due to his passion of animals, if you wish to honor his life, a contribution to your local animal shelter would be appreciated.
