Jerry Ray Manley

February 9, 1935 — October 20, 2017

Jerry Ray Manley, 82, of Paragould, made his journey to Heaven on Friday. He was a retired salesman and member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Jerry was an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan. He was the son of the late Ray and Zelma Manley. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Gina Moody; brothers, Norman and Dennis Manley; and sisters, Geraldine Butler, Geneva Perry, and Joy Brown.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Dorothy "Dot" Manley; sons, Cliff (Janet) Manley of Paragould, Chris (Linda) Manley of Brentwood, Tennessee, and Matthew (Chris) Manley of Paragould; grandchildren, Kyle (Jonna) Manley, Nicole Manley, Roger Moody, and Martha Manley; great grandchildren, Trip and Owen Yingling; brothers, W.M. Manley and Paul Manley; sisters, Gwenda DeHart and Pat Wood; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Monday from 1:30-3pm at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral begins at 3pm with Rev. Kenny Johnson, Rev. Wayne Faulkner, and Jody Faulkner officiating. Burial is in New Friendship Cemetery. Send memorials to Immanuel Baptist Church or New Friendship Cemetery.
