Jerry Don Walker

Jerry Don Walker, 68 , Paragould, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 29. He was preceded in death by his father: Hubert Walker, his sister: Debra Bateman, his grandparents: Jack and Adaline Walker and B. B. and Ethel Burnett, a great nephew: Garrick Bateman, and a cousin: Steven Burnette. Survivors include his mother: Eugenia Walker, three nephews and their wives: "Eric and Erin Bateman, Derek and Emily Bateman, and Zarek and Rebekah Bateman, great-nieces and nephews: Abbey, Bo and Zeke Bateman and Emily Sage. His uncle Charles Burnette and his family. Jerry was born on March 23, 1944. He lived all of his life in Paragould. He retired from Emerson Electric after many years of operating a tow motor. He enjoyed playing the guitar and fishing. Visitation will be Friday from 11:00AM to 1:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday at 1:00 PM. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Bill Finney officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
