Jeanne E. Colberg

Jeanne E. Colberg, 96, of Paragould passed away on Sunday at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born in Waukon, Iowa and had lived in Paragould for the past two years. Jeanne was a retired elementary school teacher. She was the daughter of the late Earl and Cecilia Kelly Eells.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wayne John Colberg; brother, Donald Eells; sisters, Marion Klein, and Marjorie Toay.

Survivors include sons, Stephen Colberg of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Dr. John (Eileen) Colberg of New Haven, CT; daughters, Michele (Keith) Legrid of Paragould, and Dr. Patricia (Norbert) Colberg of Moscow, ID; sister, Lois Baenen of Chicago, IL; grandchildren, Patrick Colberg, Mark Colberg, David (Amy) Colberg, Declan Colberg, Siena Swoboda-Colberg, Skye Swoboda-Colberg, John (Karen) Legrid, and Ann (Clay) Reynolds; great grandsons, George Colberg, Alexander Colberg, and Severin Legrid.

Rosary will be 5:00 P.M. Thursday at Heath Funeral Home. Visitation will follow from 5:30-7:00. Funeral services will be Friday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Stephen Mallanga officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
