James Bolick

James Bolick, 86, of Lafe, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022 in Lafayette, Louisiana. James was born on June 3, 1935 to the late William Lawerance and Mary Elizabeth Bolick. He was a veteran of the United States Army. James enjoyed bird watching, nature, crossword puzzles, and coin collecting. Most of all he loved his family. He is preceded in death by his wife, Judy Bolick; sisters, Frances Marcrander, Emmaline Eason, Beatrice Riggs, and Lavena Holland; and two brothers, Amos Bolick and Monroe Bolick.

Survivors include his daughters, Sandra Maslin (Robert) of Henderson, Nevada, Shirley LeSaigle (Tom Gardner) of American Canyon, California, and Angela Aycock (Mark) of Lafayette, Louisiana; step-daughter, Shannon Muscat (Cory) of Tujunga, California; grandchildren, Zachary Maslin, Jarrod Maslin, Audrey Aycock, Emilia Aycock, Claire Muscat, and Carson Muscat; sister, Jennylea Huggins of Paragould; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 17, 2022 at 10:00 am at St. John's Cemetery in Lafe with Pastor Aaron Neugebauer officiating.
