Mrs. Owen was born Dora Imogene Eaker on February 21, 1919, in Greene County, Arkansas, daughter of Grover C. and A. Victoria (Herrin) Eaker. She was a lifelong resident of Greene County, spending most of her years at her much-loved farm in Beech Grove. Paragould and all of Northeast Arkansas has always had her heart. She loved the land and she loved her friends and family who have lived there. Due to declining health, she was living in Michigan for the past year where family members could assist in her care. Imogene married William A. Owen in 1937, and he preceded her in death in 1968. She later married O. T. Reinhart, who passed away after many years together. Imogene was a member of the Oak Grove Church of Christ. She leaves many dear friends and loving members of the Eaker, Owen and Reinhart families in both Arkansas and Michigan. They are too numerous to name them all. She is also survived by the sons and daughters of hers sisters and brother; Frances Smith, Jacqueline Bodine, Norma Sellers, Phillip Cooper, Donald Poston, Ronald Poston, Michael Poston, Rita George, Sandra Owen, Gary Eaker and Vicki Stanley. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, her sisters, Lavada Sellers, Wava Cooper and Ruby Poston, brother, George Eaker, and nephew Larry Poston, as well as many cousins and others members of her family. The family wishes to thank two of her closest friends, Marvine Friar and Charles Partlow. Their kindness and help over the years is appreciated so very much.
