Henry Marce Swink

Henry "Marce" Swink, 88, of Paragould, passed away on Monday. He retired from Thermogas after 30 years. He then spent 15 years as a greeter at Wal-Mart. Marce loved his children and grandchildren passionately. He always enjoyed working in his yard. He was a member of 7th and Mueller Church of Christ. He was the son of the late Henry and Idabelle Swink. He was also preceded in death by his son, Marty Swink; son-in-law, Sammy Hays; and 10 brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Shelby Swink; daughters, Vickey Morgan (Dewey) of Houston, TX, and Cathy "CJ" Hays of Paragould; grandchildren, Jenny Bennett (Bryan) of Paragould, Bradley Swink of St. Louis, Brandon Swink (Jennifer) of St. Louis, Brittany Morgan of Paragould, Chad Morgan (Ying) of Frisco, TX, and Tyler Hays of Paragould; great grandchildren, Max and Riley Kate Bennett of Paragould and Carissa Morgan of Frisco, TX; and sister Rachel Staggs of Paragould.

Visitation is Saturday evening from 6-8 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral is Sunday at 2 pm with Larry McFadden and Michael Cox officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Home Cemetery. Pallbearers are Robert Thomas, Bryan Bennett, Lindell Staggs, Glenn Staggs, Mike Johnson, and Stephen Pace. Honorary pallbearers are Berlie Phillips, Dr. Stacey Noel, and his numerous friends from Wal-Mart. Memorials may be sent to the Mt. Home Cemetery Fund.
