Goldie Sanders

Goldie Sanders, 89 formerly of Paragould, passed away January 3, 2012 in Rochester, NY. She was a resident of St. Ann's Nursing Home in Rochester. Goldie was very caring and loving. She thought the world of her family, grandchildren and many friends. She worked at VM Corporation in Michigan for many years before retiring. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Paragould. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Sanders and grandchildren, Mark and Melissa. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Bill and Marianne Sanders of Rochester, NY; Gary and Connie Sanders of Stevensville, MI; sister: Erma Richardson of St. Charles, MO; grandchildren: Jeff Sanders of Florida; Greg Sanders, Jennifer Sheldon both of Michigan; Cris Sanders of West Virginia; nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 PM, Sunday at Heath Funeral Home. The celebration of her life will be at 10:00 AM, Monday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Reverend Kenny Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Linwood Cemetery.
