Fred Joseph Principi, Jr.

Fred J. Principi, 90, of Paragould, died July 5th, 2016 at Greene Acres Nursing Home. He was born November 28, 1925 in Memphis, TN to Fred and Aileen Principi.

Fred served our country proudly as a member of the United States Third Marine Division with a tour on Iwo Jima, Guam, and Peking China. He retired from Kimberly Clark in Memphis after 42 years of service and relocated to Paragould. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Paragould.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, John S. and Donna Graves of Paragould and Phillip C. and Kathy Graves of Haysville, KS; four grandchildren, Shannon Rodrigue, Douglas Graves, Phillip Graves, and Jeremy Graves; and three great grandchildren, Colin and Luke Rodrigue and Carson Graves.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Sr. and Aileen Herman Principi, and his wife, Ruby Principi.

The funeral service will begin at 11 am on Friday at Heath Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 on Friday. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
