Ernestine Irene Parker

Ernestine Irene Parker, 88, of Paragould, died June 7, 2013 at Phil and Flo Hospice. Ernestine was born in Paragould to William and Lille (Sparks) Cannon October 18, 1924. Mrs. Parker enjoyed sewing, making jewelry, writing songs and was a member of the Eight Mile Baptist Church. Ernestine is preceded in death by her husband Louis Parker, son Gary Dale Parker, two daughters Donna Sue Yarberry and Sharon Hamlin, one sister Laverne Thomas and son-in-law Michael Hamlin. Mrs. Parker is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Joan and Curtis Burns of Paragould, brother and his wife Darrell and Deloris Cannon of O’Fallon, Missouri, her son-in-law Richard Yarberry, seven grandchildren Michael, Michelle, Justin, Austin, David, Richard Jr. and Daniel, great grandchildren Madison, Riley, Julie, Amber, Michael, Rebecca, Kayla, Taylor, Casey and Sam. Services will be 2PM Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at the Heath Colonial Chapel with Royce Boling officiating, burial will follow in the Browns Chapel Cemetery.
