Emma Lou Felty

Emma Lou Felty, 87, of Paragould, passed away Saturday at A.M.M.C. She was the daughter of the late Gus and Gladys Webb Norwood. She was a farmer and was a member of Stanford Baptist Church. Her hobbies included sewing, cooking dinner every day for the farm workers, and spending time with her precious grand babies. She is also preceded in death by her husband of seventy years, Bonnie Clifton Felty; infant son, Ronnie Gene; brother, Wendell Norwood; sisters, Loretta Bruner, Shirley Morgan, Genola Norwood; and grandsons, Kevin Felty and Brian Rowe.

Survivors include her daughter, Cathy Rowe (Philip), of Stanford; sons, Danny Felty (Anna), of Paragould and Gary Felty (Vicky), of Stanford; grandchildren, Sheila (Steve) Inman, Leanne (Kyle) Harris, Mikka Felty, Sherry Felty, Cody Felty; great-grandchildren, Aaron Inman, Garrett Inman, Phoebe Harris, Parker Harris, Corey Rowe and Emily Rowe; two great-great-grandchildren, Elias Inman and Lilly Mcollum; brother, Don Norwood, of Stanford; sister, Reba Smith, of Paragould; special friend, Pat Stallcup, of Paragould; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00-7:00 pm at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 1:30 pm at Heath Funeral Home with Rev. Adam Bruton officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion cemetery. Pallbearers will be Karey Joe Felty, Ross Felty, Corey Rowe, Garrett Inman, Cody Felty, and John Allen Felty. Honorary pallbearers will be Shannon May, Robin May, Tyler Garmrath, Alex Garmrath, Terry Don Norwood, Jeremy Norwood, and Duane Norwood.

The family would like to thank Donna Tarry, Michelle Nelson, and Deanna Nalani for the loving care they provided Emma Lou.
