Earva Lucille Adams, 83, of Paragould, died Friday, February 25, 2011, in Paragould, AR. She was born October 31, 1927 to the late William and Martha Owens Breckenridge. Her husband Ralph Adams, sister, Louise Roberts, and brother, Eugene Breckenridge also preceded her in death. Lucille was a 1948 graduate of Stanford High School, retired from General Motors, loved quilting, sewing, flowers and gardening, and cats. She is survived by her son: Ralph Terry Adams of the home; daughter and son-in-law: Martha Lynn & Dennis Shute of Mount Morris, MI; sisters: Wanda Rhoads, Ruthie Grooms; brother: J.R. Breckenridge, all of Paragould; grandchildren: Christopher Bowe, Jason Bowe and Alex Shute; and many nephews and nieces. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, at Heath Funeral Home. Her life will be celebrated at Heath Colonial Chapel at 1:00 PM, Friday, with L.R. Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery. The family has requested that you help celebrate Lucille's life by wearing bright colors. Since Lucille was given the gift of a liver, memorials may be sent to the American Liver Foundation, 39 Broadway, Suite 2700, New York, NY 10006.
