Donna Michelle Dacus Smith

Donna Michelle Dacus Smith 51, of Paragould, died Wednesday at her residence. She was a nurse for Dr. Burchfield and a attended Commissary Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Cullen Edward and Sarah DeHart, Gwendola and Alean Dacus, several aunts and uncles.

Survivors include husband, Jeff Smith of the home; daughter, Alyssa Smith of Paragould; son Logan Smith of Baltimore, MD; parents Jerry and Francis Dacus of Paragould; brother, Kevin (Christine) Dacus of Paragould; niece Danielle Dacus; nephew Zachary Dacus.

Visitation will be Friday from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 4:00 P.M. in the Heath Funenral Home Chapel with Art Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Kevin and Dallas Gillmore, Zachary Dacus, Barry and Brad DeHart and Wayne Ellenburg.
