Donald Eugene Swink

Donald Eugene Swink , 69, went to be with his Lord, Friday, April 11, 2008, at his home in Paragould surrounded by members of his family. He was born September 14, 1938. Donald was a member of the Freedom Worship Center in Paragould, a former employee of the Paragould Police Department, Emerson Electric and the Rock Valley College in Rockford, IL. He was a U. S. Army Veteran. Survivors include his wife, Glenna Swink of the home, son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Shiena Swink of Paragould, daughters Kathy Corba of Clio, Michigan and Deborah Bunning of Lakeland, Fl, sisters Glenda Kaminer and Sue Kueter of Paragould and Sharon Williams of Davis Junction, IL. Five grandchildren and two great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Bessie Hester Swink and a brother Harland “Bud” Swink. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. in the Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. William Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Harvey’s Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers are; Shawn McWilliams, Steve Kueter, Stan Self, Scott and Eddie Meredith and Greg Russom.
