David Paul Combs

Mr. David Combs, 69, died Monday, at his home in Cherokee Village. He was born May 31, 1940 in Oregon County, Missouri the son of the late Wellie and Larona Farrow Combs. He was also preceded in death his brothers, James Lee, Herb, and Bob Combs. Mr. Combs was a member of Crossroads Community Church. Survivors include his wife: Imogene Combs of the home; children and their spouses: Kim and Martin Rappold of Conway, Matthew and Misty Combs of Cherokee Village; sisters: Ruth Ann Dobbins of Peculiar, MO; Debra Bell of Overland Park, KS; brothers: Garland Combs of Cherokee Village, John Combs of Harlingen, TX, Donald Combs of Cherokee Village, Bill Combs of Saint Charles, MO; grandchildren: Justin Rappold, Bryor Shipp and Emily Grace Combs. The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:00 PM, Thursday with the celebration of his life following at 3:00 PM in Heath Colonial Chapel with Brother Henry Parker officiating.
