David A. Round

David Round, 70, of Paragould, passed from this life on Thursday, November 3, 2022. He was born in Gresham, Oregon, on January 5, 1952, to the late Richard and Norma Round. David married Jerry Arnold on May 24, 1975. They landed in Red Bluff, California, where David owned a floor covering business. David enjoyed his love for Harleys throughout his life. He volunteered at a local teenage drug rehab where he became a foster parent for several years. In 2011, David and Jerry moved to Arkansas where David started a career with Greene County Tech. He enjoyed every aspect of his role there, and he made numerous friends over the years. David was a loving husband, father, and friend to many. David is preceded in death by his parents.

David is survived by his wife of 47 years, Jerry; son, Jason (Mindi) Johnson of Red Bluff; daughters, Jennifer Johnson of Paragould and Sarah (Clay Jackson) Myers of Paragould; grandchildren, Haylee, Heather, Ivy, David, Madison, Ashley, Michael, Jaden, Kahlan, and Danika; nine great grandchildren with two more on the way; sister, Linda (Mike) Hasley of Red Bluff; and many nephews and nieces.

A visitation will be held at Harvest Baptist Church, Thursday, January 5, 2023, from 4-5 PM. A Celebration of Life will begin at 5 PM.
