Dale Ellis Stidman

Dale Ellis Stidman, 79, of Paragould, passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 15, 2015. He was retired maintenance supervisor for Paragould School District, a veteran of the U. S. Army, a member and former deacon of the First Baptist Church of Paragould, graduated from Greene County Tech, a mason for 51 years and a Civitan member for 38 years. Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Vannie Stidman; siblings, Sammy Jo Walker, Jean Barmer, Murray Stidman and Preston Stidman. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Patsy Stidman of the home; son, James (Jamie) Stidman of Walcott; daughter, Carol (Mike) Morris of Paragould; grandchildren, Joshua Stidman and Emma Grace Morris; sister, Martha (Ed) Walls of Paragould; brother, Rufus Stidman of Jonesboro, as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday from 9:00-10:30 A.M.at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services at 10:30 A.M. Friday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Ardell Polk and Gary Morris officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the First Baptist Church of Paragould or Mission Outreach of Paragould.
