Charles Edward Penny

Charles Penny, 75, of Paragould, died Wednesday with his daughter at his side. He was a devout family man, as they were the most important thing in the world to him. Although he was retired as a crane operator, fishing was his passion. Charles served in the Army and was honorably discharged. He was the son of the late Riley and Edith Penny. He was also preceded in death by his step-father, Virgil Cox, and sister, Catherine Bingham.

Survivors include his daughter, Gina Penny Headen (Steve); grandsons, Chase Steven, Garrett Glenn, and Blake Lange Headen; brother, Larken (Buster or Buck) Penny; and sister, Ermaline Matney.
