Chad Thomas Harris

Chad Thomas Harris, of Paragould, passed from this life on January 22, 2024, at the age of 52. He was born in Paragould on August 13, 1971. Chad was a proud graduate of Greene County Tech High School in 1989, where he developed lifelong friendships and a reputation for his friendly and outgoing nature. Following his graduation, he pursued his passion for science, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Animal Science from Arkansas State University.

Known for his love of the great outdoors, Chad found joy in hunting and fishing. He possessed a natural affinity for nature and an unparalleled ability to navigate the wilderness. Throughout his life, Chad worked in the agriculture industry.

Chad leaves behind his son, Banks Ford Harris of Fayetteville; father, Michael Thomas (Jan) Harris of Paragould; brothers, William Kyle (Leanne) Harris of Paragould and Jody Lee (Wendy) Harris of Cabot; and several nephews and nieces.

Chad is preceded in death by his mother, Lucinda "Cindy" Ford Harris, and grandparents, Russell and Marjorie Payne Ford and William Thomas Harris and Joyce Roberson Harris.

A visitation will be Friday, January 26, 2024, from 9:30 until 11 AM at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral and burial will be private. Pallbearers will be Kyle Harris, Jody Harris, Parker Harris, Hunter Harris, Matt Foster, and Eric Sample.
