Carol Jean Watson

September 18, 1955 — September 16, 2020

Carol Jean Watson, 64, of Paragould, passed away Wednesday morning at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. Carol was the daughter of the late Earnest and Velma Edrington LaBean. She was a member of Lake Street Baptist Church and was an employee of Walmart bakery.She enjoyed spending time with friends and family she held dear in her heart, and if the opportunity arose, she loved walking on the beach collecting as many sea shells as possible. She is also preceded in death by her sisters, Shirley Freeman and Mary O'Kane; brothers, Rick Parker and Alan LaBean; mother-and father-in-law, Bob and Helen Watson; brother-in-law, Ron Watson; and fur baby, Harley "Fatboy Davidson" Watson.

Survivors include her husband, Jeff Watson, of the home; children, Jerimie Watson (Sandi), of South Lyon, Michigan and Crystal Watson Cox (Sam Hancock), of Paragould; grandchildren, Tyler Watson, Anthony Watson (Elizabeth), Cody Watson (Shannon), Seth Watson, Genesis Cox, and Hayven Cox; sister, Marilyn Faye Stevenson (Gene), of Chesterfield, Michigan; brother, Joseph LaBean (Rose), of Crestview, Florida; brother-and sister-in-law, Terry and Laura Watson, of Pensacola, Florida; and sister-in-law, Roz Watson, of Waterford, Michigan.

Visitation will be Saturday from 2:00-4:00 pm at Lake Street Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow beginning at 4:00 pm with Rev. Jody Faulkner officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are David Danaho, Mike Watson, Chris Watson, and Sam Hancock. Memorials may be sent to Lake Street Baptist Church.
