Billy Lee Cooper

December 21, 1937 — October 7, 2020

Billy Lee Cooper, 83 of Paragould, formerly of St. Louis, MO, died Wednesday at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. He was a manufacturing manager and a member of Brown's Chapel Baptist Church. Billy served 4 years on active duty in the U. S. Air Force and then with the Army Reserves.

He was preceded in death by his parents Elbert (Jack) and Holland Welch Cooper.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita Cooper of the home; sons, Billy (Tricia) Cooper, Jr. of Denver, CO; John (Olivia) Cooper of Cleveland. OH, Joel (Michelle) Cooper of St. Louis, MO.
brother, Jerry Cooper of California and sister, Jackie Hamm of Washington, MO; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Family and public visitation will be Saturday from 10:00-11:00 A.M. at Brown's Chapel Baptist Church. Services will follow at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Dale Noe officiating.

Burial will follow at a later date at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in Birdeye, AR with Military Honors.

The family request that memorials be sent to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
