Billy Joe Wagner

Billy Joe Wagner, 86 of Paragould AR., passed away at Arkansas Methodist Hospital on Monday February 25, 2019 surrounded by family and friends. Bill was born June 4, 1932 in Arbyrd Mo., to George Mckinley and Sarah Anna Wagner.

Bill was in the US Navy and served in the Korean war. He retired from Cleveland Pneumatic in St. Louis, MO, Comet Tool & Dye in St. Louis, MO., and Sears in Paragould, AR. Bill graduated from Cardwell High School in 1951.

Bill is survived by his wife Helen (Mink) Wagner; five sons, Steve Owen (Shirley) Wagner of Palm Bay, Fl., Joseph McKinley(Tracy) Wagner of House Springs, MO., James William Wagner of House Springs, MO., Kenneth Garrett of Lavern, TN., and John Garrett of Nashville, TN; sisters, Rachel "Snookie " Geer, Rebecca June Chretien, Mary Ada "Dolly" (Glen) Anderson, Arlus Blackwell and Marilyn Gibbs; grandchildren, Brandon Wagner and Robert Wagner; great granddaughter, Lily Wagner; very special brother-in-law Glen Edward Anderson and special friends and caregivers, Jodine Roe and LaToya Kelley.

Visitation will be Thursday evening February 28th from 6 - 8 pm at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Friday March 1st at 11 AM at Heath Funeral Home with Rev. Kim Bridges officiating. Burial will follow in Lulu Cemetery south of Senath, MO.
