Billy Gene Noles

Billy Gene Noles, 72, of Walcott, died Thursday, February 26, 2009, at his home in Walcott. He was born August 30, 1936. Mr. Noles was retired from the Greene County Road Dept., was a Mason, and member and trustee of Walcott Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife: Mary Black Noles of the home; daughters and sons-in-law: Gina & Keith L. Smith and Deanna and Edward Allred; mother: Marlue Shipman Noles; sister and brother-in-law: Paula and Richard Newberry, all of Walcott; grandchildren: Josh Smith, Meredith Smith Kingston, Seth Smith, Katlyn Allred,and Madison Allred; and great grandchild: Rylee Lynn Smith. His father, Eugene Noles, brother, Bob Noles, paternal grandparents, Lucian and Mary Frances Pillow Noles, and maternal grandparents, Jacob Monroe and Dicy Elizabeth Norman Shipman, precede him in death. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, February 28, at Heath Funeral Home. His life will be celebrated at Walcott Baptist Church, 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 1, with Reverend Rudy Ring and Reverend Glen Hoselton officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Pallbearers are Nick Newberry, Quincy Roberts, Dennis Davenport, Sam Isom, Del Massey, Terry Smith, Matt Ring and Adam Ring.
