Billy Freeman Grimes

Billy Freeman Grimes, 76 of Paragould died Friday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. Billy was retired from L. A. Darling and was a member of Pruett's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie; parents Isom T. and Mary Wood Grimes; grandson, Jeff Warner; granddaughter, Amy Danielle Pankey; 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Brenda and David Warner and Kathy Pankey all of Paragould; son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Connie grimes of Light, AR; sister, Cozet Cooper of Jonesboro and brother, Dean Grimes of Paragould. 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be saturday evening from 6:00-8:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday at 2:00 P.M. at Heath Colonial Chapeol with Tim Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. The family has requested that memorials be made to Heath Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
