Barbara Jean May

Barbara J. (Boggs) May, born July 2, 1935, to Floyd and Alta Climer Boggs went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 11, 2010, in Little Rock, AR. She resided in Paragould and was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of Unity Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul L. May; daughter, Denise May; and brother, Bill Boggs. She is survived by sons, Randy and Russell May of Paragould, Brad May (Anna) of Independence, KS; daughters, Cindy Risinger (Dennis) of Paragould and Marcia Fisher of Amarillo, TX; eight grandchildren; Josh Risinger (Farra), Denise Middleton (Chris), Dennis Risinger, Jr. (Angela), Shane May, Danielle May, Cobra Williams, Zach May, and Nicole Fisher; three great grandchildren, Reece and Ty Middleton and Will Risinger, and many other relatives and special friends. Visitation will be Saturday at Heath Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be Sunday at 1:30 P.M. at the Heath Colonial Chapel with Brother Terry Songer officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Larry Price, Josh Risinger, Denise Middleton, Cobra Williams, Zach May and Nicole Fisher. Memorials may be sent to: Arkansas Heart Hospital, American Heart Association or Unity Baptist Church.
